Especially with a company that works in the green industry, this just makes sense! Your company inherently impacts the greater community around you, so do some public community work to let your company’s impact be more known. It’s not bragging, it’s reputation building! If candidates and the community at large see the positive impact you’re making, you will position your company as a desirable place to work.  3. Get your employees involved in the recruiting process

Recognize them for their achievements and treat them like friends and family and they’ll want others to feel the same way too. Of course, monetary incentive never hurts, but happiness is paramount here!
